These are my favorite apartments out of the bunch that I’ve toured! They have a sweet gym, pool, and views. The apartments are spacious and well thought out. Definitely going to be putting my application in soon. The staff helped me through the process and are super communicative. Every question I’ve had they’ve went above and beyond answering it! Highly recommend!

Great staff great amenities as well none of the other competitors can compete with the prices of the houses nor the value of it. Very nice community and when I moved in the whole house was flawless. I love the island and sleek design of the stove fridge and dishwasher. Very modern. No complaints whatsoever.

I moved out recently and had a great experience. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Communication with Bri and Nancy about the expectations were clear, and the move-out inspection was fair and straightforward. I appreciated how organized everything was. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move!

From day one, the maintenance team has been outstanding. They’re not only quick to respond to requests, but they’re also incredibly friendly and professional. Whether it’s a small fix or a larger issue, I can always count on them to handle it efficiently and with care. The grounds are another standout feature. Everything is impeccably maintained—from the neatly trimmed landscaping to the spotless common areas. Walking through the property feels like strolling through a private park. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in the appearance and upkeep of the entire community. If you’re looking for a place that’s well cared for, supported by a dedicated team, and offers a peaceful, clean environment, this is it!

I had such a great experience here! Brianna and the rest of the office staff were sooo amazing. Very kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and super spacious, and the community vibe is just as good - quiet, clean, and really well kept. It’s obvious management actually cares, which is rare and really appreciated. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a new home!

I was in town for the weekend and decided to stop in and check out the property. I have been in the apartment industry for a long time and sometimes I just like to see what newer properties and other companies are doing. I loved the property. The layouts are pretty unique and spacious. I love that there are units that have screened in porches. I also like that there are some units that have gas stoves and furnaces. You don't typically see that in newer rental properties. The size of the attached garages are also impressive. If I lived in the area ,I would not only consider living here, I would love to work here.

We moved here the end of October. Very happy here and yes, there were a few bumps when we first moved in but nothing out of the ordinary. Nancy, Bri and Jamie are always helpful and take care of any requests we have. There is still alot of construction going on but the grounds look great. We also like the layout of our villa and that everything is new. We were ready for a change. Pool and community center are also good features of Bonita Farms. Everyone has different reviews/opinions but we found our perfect place to call home.

Bonita Farms is honestly like no other such a homey community and beautiful place. It’s honestly everything u can ask for. I lived there and the experience was just amazing. Very nice staff who takes care of their residents. You get a nice pool, personal gym, and a hang out era for family and friends. The units are beautiful and very modernized and up to date. If your looking to live there I highly recommend!!

I had a great experience with the Villas at Bonita Farms! Everything went smoothly from start to finish and the property is beautiful. Nancy was incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process—always quick to answer any questions I had. She made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had an an amazing tour with Nancy. I really enjoyed my time looking at the property. Definitely come spring I will be looking for a place and Bonita Farms is my top choice!!
